Beats in Bar - go to the Meter Map window and Insert a new time signature.
RB is MUCH more flexible than BiaB for this. Experiment with 5/4 etc for fun.
(Remember you'll need to regenerate the changed bars in RB after changing the time signature as RB does not auto-regenerate like BiaB does)
The Bar Changes happen in the Chords window. RB can only handle A/B currently though.
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome
