If you did import the audio (as mentioned by Jim above), the Tone Control is available via Edit-Audio Effects-Tone Control Just thought I'd mention it. I realize it doesn't satisfy the original request (and I'd rather use a real EQ anyway) but it's a work-around I am aware of .. though cumbersome. Just throwing that out there It's a hard-write method and not the preferred way here, but anyway, that's where you find this effect in RB currently.  It's there but it's ugly
