Highlights for me: - Dobro at the start - Quiet part where the acoustic guitar solos (like the calm before the storm) - Electric solos (great tone especially the outro one) - The way the song builds gradually from start to finish - Vocal sound (doubling and subtle harmonies sound excellent) - Beautiful combination of RTs Excellent job! Super effective at 2.15ish to go from that tasteful steel string lick right into that screaming distorted guitar. I agree with Receder, too, the dobro at the beginning is a highlight for me! You've both done a great job with this.... definitely one to be proud of. The line "Simmering resentment was all swept away" appealed to me. It's such a clever statement on so many levels. It is very favorable to keep rhythm with Tambourine only at vocal parts. Therefore, it is so effective when drums appear with Guitar solos. Leon's vocal is also nice, very fitted to this tune.
