Hello all, happy new year. I cant resist the latest BIAB so yesterday I bought EverythingPAK + bonus 49PAK despite not using BIAB for a couple of years. I've ran into a problem installing "master_realtracks_installer_2017" as it keeps telling me I have missing realtracks when I don't think I do.  So I reinstalled "realtracks_shots_holds_loops_1-242.exe" again then reran "master_realtracks_installer_2017" which gave me the same error message. Anyone had this before? Anyone know how to fix this? Much appreciated in advance, Paul

You can register the serial number on the PG Music in your profile, and try to download the installation file over the Internet?

For me the annual updates are a couple hours of tedious installs of individual downloads. This year was no different.
It is nice to have all the download content available on our individual accounts. I just do one at a time and them hope for the best. It generally works out fine each year.
I know they have "installers" which are intended to make the task easier, but when things go bad...
Are you using one of the installers? Are you downloading or do you have a HD?

I agree, forget the installers. Just do it the old fashion way. Download from the internet directly.

Not sure I understand what people are saying, seems a misunderstanding.
A thought crossed my mind today that the reason why these files are shown as "missing" is because they were not in that folder I was installing from? They have been already installed and therefore in different folders.

Need more info. What folders are they in?
BIAB 2025 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 7 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6, Song Master Pro, Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Presonus 192 & Faderport 8, Royer 121, Slate VSX, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I thought the Master Installer file required all the individual install files to be in the same folder. It merely allows for a silent install of all the files without having to run each one separately. At least that was my understanding.
I suspect the individual "missing" messages isn't because those aren't installed, but because the individual installers aren't available to install those files in the first place.
