Be advised that RealBand does not support 6/8 time signatures directly.
That may be problematic when importing a MIDi file that has been written in a true 6/8 time signature.
But you can give it a shot, be sure to change the BPM block to 6/8 -- and you will get the warning message about notation not being supported.
This one has been on the Wishlist for eons.
