Hi Paolo,
First, if this involves RealTracks, the problem is that RealTracks do not support the Hold feature. Development has said that they are working on it, though.
If it is an all-MIDI style, or even partial MIDI, you can invoke a Hold, but for a Hold at the Ending, you must enter a different chord at the bar where you want the Hold to stop, and then Rest all Instruments for that different chord.
