Doesn't the Play Using Current Chord Sheet do that? Doesn't it Play without ANY embellishments, just using the chords from your song which you have already entered into the chord sheet?
Quick-play using the "Pre-made Style Demo" and "Play using the user's chords" are two separate features.
I think both are very useful.
