Each brand and model laptop you discover on sale is a repeat of the above for you right now. Only YOU can evaluate this situation, really, for even if someone else has the same exact brand and model of laptop and sound device, their report of "good and working well" or "bad and does not work" is also dependant upon many more things, such as the setup, OS settings, etc. and also the user and what they do. But you can and should look for TRENDS in these reports and then govern your decision accordingly. --Mac
