Both my hardcopy and the .pdf file in the bb folder have all pages, just checked.

The two are different, though, presumably the .pdf version can be updgraded with application of software updates.

pg 219 of the .pdf file conains info on Preview Options.

pg 219 of the hard copy manual is the beginning of the Chord Builder section.

Anyway, whichever one you are looking at, check the other version for the info.
