Export as separate audio tracks might be the better choice, but basically, the answer is yes.

Opening a .mgu.sgu file in RealBand in a version that that does not have the TC Harmonizer available from also having Powertracks and I don't think that the program would be able to recreate the harmonized files from scratch. Exporting them as separated wav files and then importing them into RealBand would certainly work, though, same end result, maybe better because you would be getting exactly what you already heard rather than a re-regeneration.
