OP Matt Finley Veteran Joined: Jul 2000 Posts: 25,954 Hudson Valley & Lake George NY	On my portal (website I made with all my links) I have used this address since 2000, and it always works except on one laptop: http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?lang=english On my iPad and iPhone, that's another story; those were entered as pgmusic.com (no www.) and sometimes Safari, sometimes Firefox, sometimes Chrome. BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile. Software: Studio One 6.5 Pro, Swam horns, Acoustica-7, Notion 6; Win 11 Home. Hardware: Intel i9, 32 Gb; Roland Integra-7, Presonus Studio 192, Presonus Faderport 8, Royer 121, Adam Sub8 & Neumann 120 monitors

Were you able to look at that cookie and see the expiry date set for it? In any case, one should never be able to browse our site at pgmusic.com, it would redirect you to www.pgmusic.com. I thought that somehow Bob was able to use pgmusic.com because of something old in his browser's cache, that was just a theory because I couldn't think of anything else. But now that I think about it, it's more likely that he is just seeing pgmusic.com in his browser bar, when in fact he IS on www.pgmusic.com. For example I was just testing Edge on Windows 10 and it doesn't display the full url in the address bar, it hides the protocol and 'www's. It does show the full url if you click in the address bar. Just now I tried going to (typing it) www.pgmusic.com in Safari. It seems to be holding my identity. I will continue to check for clues. One computer remains at another location, and that is the one that will not remember me. I will test and report as soon as I can. BIAB 2024 Win Audiophile.
