There must be some MIDI control messages in there somewhere that are doing this.
The MIDI Monitor in BIAB should be able to display these.
Or you could just set the Volume spinners for each instrument where you want them to be at that point where they turn down, and then do a Save with Patches and Harmony after checking the Volume tickbox at least. That should overwrite the volume change commands.
