All I remember is beginning to type a two character sequence and I hit a third key by mistake. Don't know which. It was a combination I type all the time so I wasn't observing my typing.
Here's the bad part. Booting to another H.D. yields the same screen charistics which are
Black Background, white text. Everywhere! Off the wall color scheme everywhere else.
I cannot un mount my H.D. in Disc utility to repair the disc. I was able to repair permissions.
I'm 73 and have glasses for the focal distance at my DAW, I can not see a blinking cursor or much else with this color scheme. Can anyone help.
Mac pro os X.X,5. Don't want to upgrade OS. Plenty of ram and drive space, but I could use a few trillion more neurons to work with.
