I'm sure some do but I cannot speculate on the number. I don't recall seeing it discussed in the forum before which indicates to me that it seems to be more an advanced tool and in my opinion, it's best used with heavy editing.
Here on forum discussions, it seems that a majority of RB users move tracks to another DAW such as Reaper, Sonar, Studio One, or Pro Tools to do advanced, heavy editing.
If you are learning RB or plan to use it for more than just an intermediary step to another DAW, it is worth learning to use it.
