If you're using a different DAW you might want to go a different route than the one Rharv described.
The zip-file contains an installerfile. Doubleclick on the installerfile.
This will start the installation process. You will be asked where your VST should be installed. It is importand that you install to the same folder where all your other VST's are. Otherwise your DAW might not find it.
After installing you should be able to use the M30. If not you might want to refresh your list of VST's or add a new VST manually.
I downloaded and installed the M30 and I think it's a great verb for vocals.
