Es gibt aufregende neue Funktionen in Band-in-a-Box. Wir haben RealTracks hinzugefügt - das sind Audio Instrumente, welche die MIDI-Spuren mit aktuellen Aufnahmen von Top Studio Jazz/Rock/Country Musiker ersetzen! Das sind keine “Samples” von einzelnen Instrumenten, das sind vollständige Aufnahmen, komplett von jeweils 1 bis 8 Takte, die in perfekter Synchronisation mit den anderen Band-in-a-Box-Spuren. Wir haben folgende RealTracks produziert – RealPedalSteel, RealSax und RealAcousticGuitar – weitere sind bereits in Vorbereitung. Wählen Sie, zum Beispiel, einen Country MIDI Style, der RealPedalSteel enthält, und Sie werden einen Studio PedalSteel-Spieler hören, genau so, als ob Sie ihn live vor Ihnen spielen sehen würden. Die Ergebnisse sind dramatisch besser als MIDI. Sie klingen wie echte Musiker, weil sie Aufnahmen von Musikern sind. Wir haben auch MultiStyles in Band-in-a-Box eingeführt. Sie sind nicht mehr durch 2 Substyles begrenzt, Styles können nun bis zu 24 Substyles in einem Song haben, bequem über die Buchstaben von “a” bis “x” auswählbar. Unsere neuesten Style-Sets sind nun MultiStyles, typisch mit 4 Substyles pro Lied (Erste Strophe, Strophe, Refrain und Break) oder Sie machen einfach einen neuen MultiStyle. Hallo Ernst Leobacher,
sehr schön, aber wo ist die deutsche Version erhältlich? Ich habe bei M3C angerufen dort weiß man noch nicht wann diese erhältlich sein wird. Bei PG Music habe ich die Bestellung wieder abgebrochen, weil ich nicht erkennen kann ob ich dann auch die Deutsche Version erhalte. Für einen Hinweis wäre ich dankbar weil sehr neugierig

Die deutsche Version ist ab sofort auf der deutschen Homepage im Shop erhältlich. http://www.band-in-a-box.com/de/Sie erhalten beim Download den deutschen Installer dazu. Das Programm ist modular aufgebaut. Das bedeutet, dass die Hilfe-Datei, das Handbuch und die Bildschirmtexte in einer eigenen deutschen Datei stehen. Falls Sie dennoch Probleme haben, kann ich Ihnen gerne weiterhelfen.

Für alle, die sich im Online-Shop von PGMUSIC die englische Version gekauft haben, schickt der Support auf email-Anfrage einen Link, wo ihr die deutsche Sprachfassung downloaden könnt. Diese einfach ins BiaB-Verzeichnis installieren.
Tipp: Wer das schon mit der 2006er oder 2007er-Fassung so gemacht hat, spart sich die email und nimmt einfach den damals vom PGMusic-Support gemailten Link und macht aus ".../.../...2006.exe" einfach ".../.../...2008.exe". Das funktioniert prima!

Hallo Ernst Leobacher und BiaBfreaks, help, help,
ich habe mir das Upgrade von 2007 Mega PAK auf 2008 Super PAK von der angegebenen Adresse (http://www.band-in-a-box.com/de/) heruntergeladen (Sehr sehr lange Downloadzeiten DSL).
Das RealDrums Set 14-15 habe ich mehrmals versucht zu laden ist aber bei ca 75% immer wieder abgebrochen und steht jetzt als Download nicht mehr zu Verfügung. "Bei Problemen mit unseren elektronischen Versand wenden Sie sich an unseren Vertrieb" so heißt es und dann wirds plötzlich englisch, mein erstes großes Problem .
Das Programm "bb08superg.exe" (155.612 KB ) ließ sich problemlos installieren. Allerdings habe ich keinen deutschen Installer gefunden oder steht das "g" für den deutschen Installer?. Der Hilfetext ist noch die 2007er Version. Also keine deutsche Hilfe für die 2008er Version. Ich hatte die 2007er nicht deistalliert und hoffe das war so richtig so.
Nächstes Problem es ist kein Real Instrument (Sax, Gitarre, Steel) zu sehen und hören, es gibt außer einem leeren "Tutorial-BB2008" keinen Ordner der darauf schließen läßt, daß sie überhaupt vorhanden sind. Vielleicht fehlt mir auch nur eine Anleitung?
Ich bitte deshalb dringend um Hilfe und danke schon mal im Voraus.

Hallo Herr Ernst Leobacher,
ich brauche leider sehr schnell eine Aussage, wie ich Viertel-Triolen im Notationsfenster darstellen kann. Ich habe dazu auch schon ein Thema eröffnet. Leider ist mir nur ein Link zu einer englischen Seite gegeben worden, aus der ich kein Verständnis erwerben konnte.
Es haben sich zwar schon 59 Leute für dieses Thema interessiert, aber ohne eine Antwort zu hinterlassen.
Vielleicht können Sie mir helfen.

BiaB 2008 gibt es (leider) nur für Windows. An einer Mac-Version wird gearbeitet. Es gibt keine offiziellen Veröffentlichungstermine.
Im emglischsprachigen Forum gibt es einige Berichte über User, die zT erfolgreich die Windowsversion am MAC in einer Windows-Emulation laufen lassen.

Hallo Herr Leobacher,
ich hatte mir nach Ihrem Forumseintrag die deutsche 2008-Version bestellt. Die Lieferung per UPS klappte auch sehr schnell innerhalb von 2-3 Tagen, nur leider wurde die 2007-Version geliefert (Bestellbestätigung per mail für 2008-Version).
Daraufhin habe ich den pgmusic-Service gebeten, mir die bestellte 2008-Version zu schicken. Die Antwort war eine mail mit download-links. Da ich nichts downloaden will, sondern CDs+Handbuch möchte (und dafür ja auch bezahlt habe), hab ich nochmal pgmusic gebeten, das bestellte Produkt zu schicken. Darauf habe ich keine Antwort mehr bekommen.
Haben Sie die Möglichkeit, hier nochmal nachzuhaken? Ansonsten bleibt mir nichts anderes übrig, als die Abbuchung stornieren zu lassen und davor zu warnen, direkt über pgmusic zu bestellen. Von einer seriösen Firma sollte man doch was anderes erwarten können.

die deutsche Version 2008 gibt es zur Zeit nur als Download Version, da das komplette Handbuch noch nicht fertiggestellt wurde. Ebenso die Produktion der CDs.
Ich kenne PGMusic als über viele Jahre hinweg absolut seriösen Partner.

allen die möglicherweise auch nur den geringsten Zweifel an der der Seriosität von PG-Music haben, sei die folgende kurze (absolut wahre) Geschichte ans Herz gelegt:
Ende Februar 2007 kaufte ich mir im PG-Music Online-Shop BiaB. Da ich zu dem Zeitpunkt finanziell nicht wirklich flüssig war, bestellte ich die einfache Pro Version. Immer wenn mal wieder Geld rein kam orderte ich Style Sets. Mag sein, dass meine Vorgehensweise nicht besonders schlau war. Nachdem ich am 24.04.2007 mal wieder ein Style Set bestellt hatte, bekam ich eine E-Mail von PG-Music in der, frei übersetzt, folgendes stand:
Bitte nehmen Sie zur Kenntnis, dass wir Ihre Bestellung auf das MegaPak Upgrade geändert haben. Dies ist für Sie wesentlich günstiger und es sind alle regulären Erweiterungen enthalten.
Da habe ich wirklich gestaunt! Besonders als ich feststellte, dass mir PG-Music auch noch 112,- Dollar zurückzahlt. Selbstverständlich habe ich das Angebot dankend angenommen und das Geld war ein paar Tage später auf meinem Konto. Derart positive Erfahrungen habe ich bisher mit keiner anderen Firma gemacht. Also noch seriöser und freundlicher geht's wohl nicht.

An die "Zweifler",
ich nutze BiAB schon seit vielen Jahren und habe - bis auf eine Version - stets jedes Upgrade gekauft, dazu viele Add-Ons und Video-Lernprogramme, die ich auch wärmstens empfehlen kann. Ich kenne kaum ein Softwarehaus, das besseren, schnelleren und kulanteren Support leistet, als PGMUSIC. Keine email beibt unbeantwortet, Probleme mit Downloads, Updates, Sprachensupport werden immer im Kundensinne gelöst - auch Anfragen im schlechtesten Englisch. Die verschiedenen Paketpreise und die Sommer- oder Winterspecials sind immer faire und günstige Angebote.
Kanada ist eben nicht USA ;-) und PCMUSIC nicht M....soft.

Habe eben BiaB 2008 Upgrade und Realtracks gedownloaded +installiert. Sehr beeindruckend - aber ich habe natürlich auch schon das Haar in der Suppe gefunden.
Die Real tracks funktionieren nicht und es erscheint:
zunächst beim Installieren der R.Tr. dass ich eine BiaB-Version benutze die zu alt sei
beim abspielen der R.Tr. Stiles, dass "R.Tr. nicht erzeugt werden könnten, da das R.Tr.-Verzeichnis nicht gefunden wurde. C:\bb\Real Tracks\realpedj. Prüfen sie unter Optionen ... die Einstellungen von R. Tr. und stellen sie sicher, dass die benötigten R.Tr. installiert wurden. "
Die Einstellungen stimmen R.Tr. wurde installiert.
