I've done the "Return to Factory Settings" and that doesn't help. I have had this problem in the last couple years of BiaB editions and don't remember from the earlier ones, but I probably didn't get that fancy earlier on. I can listen in BiaB to the song and all will do as I have set up in "Bar Settings". The switch in from a solo instrument in the 1st chorus to the harmonized version in the 3rd with a solo in the middle "all works just fine). But, when I render, I get either the piece harmonized or soloed but not a change from one to the other. I have the "Bar Settings" set to change in the 1st measure after the intro both for the start in "no harmony - chorus 1" to "specific harmony - chorus 3".

My work around is to render directly to soundforge via starting recording in soundforge and playing the file in BiaB. This is fine and the results are excellent but I feel a direct render would probably have the best quality possible of sound. I might be wrong on that. BiaB render does take more time rendering directly to HD than SF going through the sound card.
