An easy way to confirm that your Band-in-a-Box for Windows installation is complete is to run the "Download Manager" - there's a simple tutorial here: http://www.pgmusic.com/tutorial_downloadmanager.htmSince your order history indicates that you do indeed own this, using the Download Manager will hopefully clear things up, and allow you to install anything you're missing from your purchase(s).
