I am attempting to step record in Realband. After I seclect step record and the duration I go back and press the record button and the software starts recording in real time. What am I doing wrong?
BIAB 2018 latest build, Window 10 Pro 64 bit operating system
X64 based processor

Page 264 of the Manual .. you do not go back and click Record, it happens in the same window where you set the settings. That's what the Advance and Back buttons are for.
As a shortcut, hitting the Space bar advances a step without adding info (rest).
I do not work here, but the benefits are still awesome

Thank you . If I may, I have another question. For some reason BIAB and Realband is breaking up on playback. I have tried my computer speakers and my monitors. It happens on both. If I play a music video from my videos or you tube it is fine. Any ideas?
Update, I tested my Arturia Analog 3 synth as a standalone and there were no sound issues, Now I am unable to get the synth to work with realband. No matter what I do all I get is a piano sound. I closed the synth, it is not coming from that. Has to be realband. Over 7 hours today and nothing got done. I'm totally confused.
