No I did a clean install. I called PG & they suggested that. Perhaps I should uninstall, reinstall 2007, then install the new one over it?

In over a decade of using the program, I have always just installed the new version right overtop of the old version of BB, in the same folder.

At one time, I used to make a copy of the old folder under a different name, as a just in case backup, but soon found out that in all this time, BB has NEVER overwritten nor deleted anything that I had already put into the bb folder. Songs, Custom Styles, Aftermarket Styles, Folders, whatever, the only thing installing the new version of bb over the old does is add anything new to the thing.

And that is the way I recommend doing upgrades to BB. It is a great feature.

I'm surprised that anyone at pgmusic support would tell you to do the opposite. That was bogus info if they did.

Fixing things straight shouldn't be that much for you. You can try rolling back the system to a point before the install if you have that feature turned on. Then take a look inside the rolled back bb folder for the stuff that you are currently missing. If it is there, then just run the installer for the new bb and direct it to install to the exact same folder where the old bb lives.

If you have no other recourse, don't delete anything, just start installing from the oldest version you have, and work your way one at a time towards the newest version. That should do the trick.
