Buenas tardes,
tengo el Band in a Box 2017 Pro y he comprado el Band in a box 2018 Ultra Pak que viene en un disco duro. He conectado dicho disco al portatil y cuando abro los estilos mexicanos que me interesan, me sale una ventana diciendo que no encuentra los Real Tracks.
Podria alguien ayudarme a que esto funcione?

Hola Carmelo, bienvenido al foro. felicitaciones por la adquisición de Band-in-a-Box 2018 Ultra Pak. Con respecto a los estilos no encontrados: 1- ¿El problema te sucede solo con los estilos que mencionas o has probado con otros a ver si sucede lo mismo? 2- ¿te has asegurado que la ubicacion o ruta de la carpeta Realtrack este debidamente indicada en el diálogo "RealTracks/Preferencias de RealTracks/Configuraciónes de RealTracks" ? esto debe hacerse siempre en el caso de que hayas instalado Band-in-a-Box en el disco duro interno, para indicarle al programa que los archivos se encuentran en tu dispositivo de almacenamiento externo, en este caso el disco que recibiste de nosotros. Una vez allí busca "Usar ubicación de carpet personalizada" y chequea en el recuadro si está en blanco y haciendo clic en el icono de carpeta especifica la ubicación de la carpeta de RealTracks. 3- Si la ubicación de la carpeta de RealTracks es correcta, en el mismo cuadro de diálogo haz clic en "Arreglar" esto busca los archivos faltantes de estilos/instrumentos RealTracks ST2/XT2 en la carpeta del programa \bb o en la del nombre que la hayas dado, al buscar la en carpeta madre de RealTracks, si consigue alguno te dará la opción copiarlos. 4- Esta indicación podrías realizarla si el punto 2 ha sido resuelto. Entra en Estilos/Selector de Estilos y haz clic en el recuadro "Reconstruir" para rehacer la lista de estilos con los existentes y los nuevos que puedan ser añadidos por el mismo usuario. Recomendaciones: - Asegúrate de tener instalada la última actualización de Band-in-a-Box 2018 que al momento es Build 516 Update (April 17) - Si has adquirido Band-in-a-Box antes de la actualización al Español por favor realiza la actualización la cual encontrarás en: http://www.pgmusic.com/forums/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=467156#Post467156Espero que todo esto pueda ayudarte a resolver el problema, esperamos tu respuesta o nuevas preguntas.
