With the MegaPAK you would get 40 RealTracks, enough so that you can have a full RealTracks band for each of the styles mentioned there (e.g. for the SmoothCool Jazz 100 you would have Smooth Jazz Bass, Electric Piano, and Drums at a tempo of 100). It's still only a fraction of the near 400 that are included in the UltraPlusPAK. The UltraPlusPAK upgrade from 2009 versions is $139. To get ALL of the RealTracks not included in the MegaPAK, you would either getting the UltraPlus or EverythingPAK.
