Hi,
bin neu hier und zögere seit längerem, ob ich mir das BIAB zulegen soll. Ich brauche eine Band, die mir mein einsames Banjo-Spiel (Bluegrass, Rock, Blues-Styles) etwas kurzweiliger macht.
Ist dafür BIAB das Richtige? Midi hört sich ja nich so toll an, aber ich habe gelesen, dass jetzt "Echt-Instrumente" zu haben sind...
Meine 2. Frage: Gibt es irgendwie fertige Packages für Songs verschiedener Styles, wie eben Blues oder Bluegrass?
Würde mich über eine oder zwei Antworten freuen

Hallo, ich denke, Band-in-a-Box ist genau das richtige für Sie. Es gibt mittlerweile tausende von Styles, viele davon entsprechen Ihren Wunsch-Genre. Schauen Sie mal unter: http://www.pgmusic.com/products_styles.htmHier gibt es auch Hörbeispiele. Zum Thema Sound: BiaB erzeugt nur Midi-Daten. Dh, entscheidend für die Qualität ist nur die Ausgabeeinheit. Die Standard Windows MIDI-Klänge sind nicht so besonders. Der kostenlos mitgelieferte Soft-Synth von Roland "VSC-3" klingt schon recht gut. Bandstand oder ForteDxi sind ebenfalls (allerdings nicht kostenlos) gute Soft-Synthies. Externe Soundmodule von Korg oder Yahama genügen bereits professionellen Ansprüchen. Die RealDrums und RealTracks (Sax, Gitarre, seit 2008) sind "echte" von Studiomusikern eingespielte Musikspuren. Sie können sich auch ohne Risiko die Demoversion herunterladen oder vom 30-Tage Rücktrittsrecht gebrauch machen.

Vielen Dank, Ernst, das war schon mal eine tolle Hilfe!
Wenn ich also jetzt das Basis-Paket für 129,--$ kaufe und möchte nun eine Begleitung (am besten mit Real-Guitar!!!) für meine Bluegrass-Tunes, Country-Rock-Balladen und auch Blues-Stücke haben, welche Style-Packs muss ich dazubestellen???? Es gibt so viele Styles, ich bin etwas überfordert, welcher der Richtige für mich ist....
Wichtig wäre mir auf jeden Fall, dass ich Real-Sounds habe!!!! Würde mich freuen, wenn Sie mir da nochmal auf die Sprünge helfen könnten!!

ich würde für Ihre Anforderungen anstatt des Basis-Pakets
"Band-in-a-Box 2008 MegaPAK - $269" nehmen.
Beinhaltet Style Sets 0-76 (das sind alle!), Solist Sets 1-11 und 16-20, Melodist Sets 1-8, RealDrums Sets 1-3, Real Pedal Steel, Real Acoustic Guitar, Real Sax und das Video Tutorial PAK.
Style Set 74+75 zu jeweils $29,- würden auch ganz gut passen.
Später (nach erlernen des Programms) könnten Sie auf das Superpak upgraden und hätten dann noch alle RealDrums dabei.

This video demonstrates how to use the new AI-Notes feature together with the AI-Stems splitter, allowing you to select an audio file and have it separated into individual stems while transcribing each one to its own MIDI track.
