Do you mean Creative synth, or just that you are using a Creative sound card for RealTracks audio processing. If you are actually using a Creative Synth, that is just running soundfonts anyway, so you could run those soundfonts in either the Creative card (using the Creative Soundfont Manaqer) or using Coolsoft (but I wouldn't do both).

Using Vienna (which should come with your Creative card), you can create your own custom soundfont file that incorporates the parts you want from multiple soundfont files and then play in one or the other.

But if you are just using a Creative card to process the audio (RealTracks/ReadlDrums), I seem to recall that there is a setting in BIAB to line up the audio with the MIDI. I'm not at my music machine right now to look it up, so someone else might be able to jump in.
