What VERSION of BiaB?
Try this: with bb shut completely down, locate the file named, "intrface.bbw" and move it completely out of the bb folder. Save it for right now, just in case. If the next step works, you can delete that file.
Now start up BB. It will make a new file, with the corrupted info data sorted where it should be.
