That said, on those big song sharing sites (websearch, there are plenty nowadays to choose from -- check out Motagator site) plenty of people post covers. I guess that will continue until the site owners get the cease and desist letters from lawyers, which may or may not happen. Luck of the draw there, perhaps.

Youtube is one place where you can put coversongs. Evidentally there is some kind of monetary agreement or arrangement with RIAA or the like to allow this. At this point in time.
