Ha, the forums are not full of jazzers any more, it's full of country guys.

This feel is blues version of latin boogaloo and I requested it several years ago because I do a lot of blues too in addition to everything else.

One of the very cool things that many don't realize is the styles are really just suggestions. You can change every element of a style even mixing midi tracks with Real Tracks.

If you haven't gotten into Real Band yet you should. RB has access to all the Biab styles but it has 48 tracks to play with. The problem with using Biab to audition a bunch of different style tracks is you usually never find exactly what you want but can get close. While you're searching for perfection you will have forgotten where you found one that was close and then spend an hour trying to go back to find it again. With RB you can just leave all the close tracks there for review later if you never find that perfect one.

Also, don't forget searching for midi files on the net. You may find one with that drum feel and just plug it into RB as a midi drum track. You could find examples in audio format by searching YouTube too. Here's an example I just found by putting in "Latin Blues backing track":

Something I just thought of is loops. Biab works well with them and you could find a basic RD drum track that's close to this and then add a conga loop to it.

Finally, don't forget the Stylemaker which I've forgotten about too because just no time to get into it. Still, you can create your own style for this all the instructions are there.
