Rightclick on the bar, choose Bar Settings, set the bar for 2 beats.
Don't forget to Rightclick on the next bar and set it back to 4 (might be the first bar...)
Prefs -> Countin shows all the countin options, you an set it to silent, if you do that, try using the Visual countin instead at upper right of screen.
