I don't think you need to click anything else, clicking 'OK' would be the expected user interaction.

I haven't seen this before, nor do I recall anyone else reporting this.

It *may* be a setting in one of your initialization files.
If you close RB, rename your RB.CFG file and Realband.INI files, then restart the program, does it still happen?
(You can rename them back if needed). This resets a lot of things, so if it doesn't work, renaming them back would return you to your current state (nothing to lose).

I'm guessing it is a setting in one of these (or another) INI file that is initiating some weird setting, but that's just guessing.
