In the window where you choose the Realtracks, highlight an instrument that you are interested in. Now look for the button that says "Style Demo." You will either get a choice of styles that use that RTrack, or a message that says that no style exists that uses that particular RT.
Many of the RTs do not have associated demos. I kinda wish they did, but I would rather get my hands on the new tracks now than have to wait until all the demos were written. So I do what you did - pick a style, then pick the RTs I want.
Keep an eye on the PG Music main webpage. PG usually posts updates and demos as they become available, for free.
