RB and PT have their own mixing consoles in them.
When you bring a BiaB song into them, the Volume settings which you had in BiaB are a part of the BiaB mixing system and don't have anything to do with what's on those raw tracks.
And that is a feature. I wouldn't want those tracks brought into RB to be either too loud or too soft, I want them somewhere in the middle to allow me to safely apply the mixing in the program to the tracks.
