Yes - you'll have to use the ST 3 "learn" (lower left corner of ST3 GUI) feature to use BIAB Mixers Vol or Pan

And NO ST3-BIAB does not remember this if you close BIAB and reload BIAB and ST3 and if you load up a different instance of ST3 on a separate plugin in window (e.g. you don't use it as default- you load it one instrument at a time in the plugins window you have to do the learn thing again in that instance) and that's for both BIAB 64 and BIAB 32 (using JBridge to ST3)

I think its as much a ST 3 "issue" as it is BIAB since ST2 vol and pan work as expected from BIAB mixer

Note - after you've set up ST3 with all the learns for VOL and PAN and whatever - if you SAVE it in the "Plug ins" window as a Group (it creates a .tgs file) - then you can LOAD that group next time you open BIAB and THAT ST3 instance(s) WILL remember "Learned" MIDI controls
