If your songs are all MIDI based, take a look at the "Normalize MIDI volumes to..." command in the Prefs -> Arrange window. It was put there for the purpose of acting like a MIDi vased compressor of sorts, that will turn up the softer styles to match the louder ones.
I don't know if it works with RealTracks styles or MIDI styles with added RealTracks or not.
A nive Global solution if it does.
My method, which takes a lot longer, is to mix each and every song to match my PA system. Save in a new folder, just for gigging.
