With use of RealTracks, it is as easy as Rightclicking on each Trackname, picking the RealTracks picker window "Assign Realtrack..." and choosing a RealTrack from the list.

You can mix and match RealTracks in that fashion.

For MIDI instruments that are assigned by Style files, the process would involve some heavy duty editing of the Style file, but we have the Hybrid Style Wizard, which allows us to create a new custom style by easily combining the tracks from different styles into a new Style that we name ourselves. You can mix and match in that fashion also. The Piano from one style with the Bass from another, etc.
