I tried rendering tonight, multiple times, and either I got a file with tons of dead space at the end or it sounds terrible. I think I figured out the dead space issue, but it still keeps rendering poorly. The different tracks don't line up and they sound off pitch. I am currently rendering to one wav file. I did a search and looked in the book but couldn't find anything about it.
Any thoughts?

I think it may be time to run Disk Defragmenter on your hard drives.

Actually ran them yesterday before your suggestion to do so. I loaded BIAB on my hard drive which ate up all but a couple gigs. Could the lack of additional free space be causing issues? If so, I will remove the programs since I run it off the hard drive now that I have it.

By all means!
If that is your C: drive, step on it and NOW!
Rule of thumb you don't ever want your C: drive to get down below about 10-15% freespace, minimum.
There is no room for disk cache, fileswap, you could get into big trouble there and lose the entire drive and OS! No bootup, no more.
RealTracks load to Temp file on C drive. With only 2 gigs free, I'm counting you as one lucky fellow that you haven't already lost the disk and OS.
Do what you can, run Disk Cleanup, make room, then defrag again.

Okay, I had 5 gigs left, not 2...but point taken. Here's the problem...I went into control panel to add/remove programs and removed BIAB and Realband. It took about a second so I knew something was up. It said it deleted it but it didn't. It no longer shows up in the list of programs either. I looked but didn't see an option insided BIAB itself to self-remove. Is there such an option? If not, I guess I will need to simply delete the folder which I prefer to not do.
I'm going to reboot to see if it repopulates in the add/remove programs list.

I didn't see an easy way to uninstall BIAB so I just deleted the folder. I will try rendering again tomorrow after it finishes defragging. Will keep you posted. Thanks for everyone's help.

I'm ready to throw this thing out the window. Cleared out my computer's hard drive and defragged several times. Haven't yet gotten the error I was getting when the song played through, but rendering is still an off-pitch mess. I tried to open it in RealBand and it said that the holds library had an incorrect BT0 beatmap (not sure if that matters) but the my issue there is that the realtracks guitar track doesn't load in. Tried several times.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can send someone the rendered file if that matters. Or I can attach it here if possible.

BiaB does not write to the windows registry, therefore Add/Remove programs does not remove most of it for there is nothing to remove.
To remove BiaB, simply delete the bb folder.
Your trashcan is too small to put it there, you will be prompted about that, just tell Windows to delete it.
