What DXI synth are you trying to load? Is the synth 32 or 64 bit?
Some DXI synths are host dependent meaning it only works with the software bundle it shipped with and will not load into other software.
PowerTracks is a 32 bit application so a 64 bit DXI likely will not work, even if you have jBridge or BitBridge. That is because those utility bridge programs disguise the DXI from the application so the application never checks the Windows registry.
Teapot Are you clear on the difference between DXi and VSTi?
DXi synths get registered to Windows and just show up in the synth list if compatible.
VSTi's have to be located and loaded.
In PT the little down arrow toward the left end of the track can open a DX FX box and the synth would get loaded in the top slot. The slots below can be used to add other FX to the synth.
