Just finished my first song, after taking a few months off for a forced (by my wife) vacation.  I am so blessed to have a wife who really cares about my health, and well being. She knew I needed some time off from the daily grind of life. But I am glad to be back, and happy to submit my first new effort. This is called Texas In My Bones, and you can't name a song that name, and it not be a country song. So here goes. Most of the backing is Band in a Box, along with some piano and organ played by me. Great country song! Nicely arranged and delivered. You have a very good voice for country ... wish I did! This is terrific all around. Your selection of backing tracks was excellent. I lived in San Antonio for about 5 years.

Make sure you get it out to the public radio stations that play Texas country songs...

Wow - this is outstanding It has a warm, nostalgic quality to it that I like. It is really sincere sounding, and the mix is top notch. I wouldn't bat an eyelash hearing this on the radio. You should be proud of this one - thanks for sharing!
