Not sure what's happening with the Track Numbering, but the Count-in and Endings are a part of RealBand, just like they are in BiaB, if you don't want them added, you have to turn that off in RealBand.
They likely aren't in the file because you didn't save it that way, but RB is doing its thing, adding them in there by default, I think.
