If you delete 2009 you also delete your upgrade extras, any songs you've created and saved in there, etc.

Here's what I do:

Install bb2010 and its realtracks right overtop of your existing bb installation.

Addons, personally saved songs, etc. will not be overwritten.

Start it up and make sure its running and is the latest update by checking help->about. It should be ver 292 and if it isn't, head on over to the Support page, download that patch and install it. Also download the RealDrums/Realtracks update patches and install those too.

Now you can simply copy that entire updated BiaB folder over to the outrigger drive, replacing what's there if you like, but be sure to have a full backup copy of that somewhere else first, for reasons of good computer use and sanity.
