Modal Troll  nice one, but to replicate some of the less harmonic forms of music it is unfortunately necessary. As I said, I do have a work around that gives the right result, but it would be a benefit to those of us that work in all forms of music to be able to do it with minimal extra work, especially if it's not difficult for PG to implement. I take it that's a no then, I'll post it on the wish list. Thanks Steve
