Sounds like a job for a Spreadsheet.
If you ever get it all figured out and entered, maybe submitting your spreadheet file to pgmusic might help them to add something like that to the program some day.
I think it is also possible to hotlink to a Style from inside the spreadsheet program, no?
Might make a good group project to flesh out a spreadsheet that one person develops...
