2010 HD Fan make a noise like it is trying to lockup after only two weeks,  anyone having this issue?

You must be speaking of the Audiophile Edition USB drive?
The other editions don't have a fan, to my knowledge.
If you have problems, contact PGMusic sales directly immediately while your 30-day no questions asked guarantee is still in force. Don't waste time on a forum with this one!

And if it still works, back it up if you can. It's my understanding that once you send PG music the shipping tracking number for a return they ship the replacement before they get it back. Or so I read...

Not with BIAB 2010 audiophile, but the fans on my BIAB 2009.5 audiophile enclosure started screaming like banshees about 8 weeks after I started using it. As I've mention several times, I pulled the 3.5 inch SATA drive out of the USB enclosure and put it in an eSATA enclosure and all is well. I did the same just as soon as my 2010 update arrived. If you have a desktop computer and an empty 3.5 inch drive bay with SATA connections, I'd recommend moving the drive to there.
