Peter alluded to another fix in there on one of these posts somewhere, I remember thinking that it wasn't on the published list.
At any rate, I wouldn't let the list or anything listed on it or not listed on it stop me from downloading and installing the latest patch update. Always a good thing iMO.
And not to worry, for if the latest update patch ever does stop a critical function for you, there is an easy way to revert back to the last version inside BiaB using the Backups stuff.

Well, I checked out and installed it and my crashed freezes are thawed and running just fine.

Guess what, I was not experiencing any problems at all with frozen tracks until today.
Now, under Build 293, I've got 'em!
Found a workaround, it seems that the "Freeze All Tracks" and "UnFreeze All Tracks" selections aren't being liked by my machine anymore. So I can still do it one track at a time...
