We can't enter a Cm7add11, which is very likely what the Cm7(11) is wanting, but we can enter a straight Cm11.
That *usually* works in this instance, but in certain cases where you don't want the 9 in there between the 7 and 11, it may be problematic, depending.
It won't make a pretty chart, but I sometimes force BB to do my bidding with use of slash chords.
For example, the Cm7add11 chord would spell out, in close harmony, as C, Eb, G, Bb, F
So I might try Eb9/C to force those notes. ( C bass, Eb, G, Bb, F - not necessarily in that order, depending upon Style file chosen )
