I dont know whats happening but when I have a track in rb and export individual tracks into .wav files and then import them to sonar, the time almost doubles. Same amount of bars, nothings changed but the meter shows double the time in sonar?
Am I missing something?

I'm not quite sure what you mean. Do you mean the time display doubles and the songs play at the same tempo? Or maybe, the songs play at half-speed and therefore take twice as long. Possibly the songs play twice as quick?

But when you play back, what does it sound like? Is there silence at the end? Does the song sound correct? Is it just the time display that's wrong? Is the three minute song now six minutes, but playing at half speed?
If the imported WAV files play back properly, then it should take however much time it takes to play them back. 3 minutes is 3 minutes.
WAV files don't have "bars" and "tempo" associated with them. So it sounds like you may have disconnect somewhere in your bar and tempo settings for the MIDI side.
We need more information to help you here.
UPDATE: Looks like Noel and I were posting about the same time with essentially the same questions.

Check the BPM tiny window in both BiaB and then in RB.
Are they set to the same?

If the song was done in RB at 120 BPM when you are ready to bring it to Sonar you must set Sonar to 120BPM also.

But Im a little confused.
The song is at the same tempo.

Sonar tempos have to be set manually. Click on the tempo and enter the appropriate value. It's easy to get spoiled by the fact that RB automatically reads tempos set in BIAB.
