Hi,
So like the title states...
My 2019 BIAB does not load several of the Original Real Tracks/Soloists files.
I downloaded the update patch,but the instruments are still missing.
This is especially true with the Style Pack 7 I purchased this morning.
Nothing will load but the demonstration. I've reloaded the whole program several times, downloaded the update patch to no avail.
In the Style Picker for example I see [RT n/a] Sad Tale Country Folk Res Solo
Also in the instruments section I see **N/A** 532....
Very frustrated at this point. Do I have to purchase these solos separate?

Bawb, firstly, welcome. You mentioned that you downloaded the update patch but did not say which one. The latest update can be found here Which exact version (Package) of BiaB did you purchase (Pro, Mega, Ultra etc)? Also, when you mentioned 'Style Pak 7', are you referring to "Xtra PAK 7"

Band-in-a-Box® Version 2019 Update - Build 634 (Sept 27 2019) I have BIAB 2019 PRO on a Gold USB Stick. Also, Yes, I have XTRA PAK 7. Thanks, I appreciate any help...

Hi Bawb, The Pro version of BIAB is the entry level version. There are many Realtracks, Realdrums, MIDI SuperTracks, etc., that are not present on the more comprehensive versions of the software. I'd imagine this is what is causing the problem. If you go to the link below and scroll about 1/4 down the page, you'll see a NOTE where it recommends that the Xtra Styles are for use with the Ultra, Ultra+ or Audiophile versions of the software. (These versions have all Realtracks, Realdrums and MIDI Supertracks that are required for the Xtra Styles). https://www.pgmusic.com/xtrastyles.php?os=winIf you want to find out more about this, try using Live Help to speak with someone directly at PG Music. Given the above, I also suggest you ask about the 30 day money-back guarantee because if it turns out that the Xtra Styles are not worthwnile having with the ProPak, you will be able to get a refund.
