Thanks guys. Plenty of options there!
Emu oil and melalueca are both Australian products so I shouldn't have any problems finding them.
I do the stretching exercises and have a very good, alcohol free, diet.
Whatever things I try, it's going to take some time before I see any results so I'll try to posts my findings in a couple of months' time.
