Hi everyone
I am enjoying my 2010 ver. I just have a small problem. I have Green green grass of home I brought over from 2009. I n have 2 real tracks. A fiddle intro then at bar 5 I muted it and bring it by in at the lead. I have a harp for verses same way muting where not wanted. Sometimes it will crash. It slows down to a crawl. I have to close out of biab to clear it. This is not good when playing live. I also have anouther similer song same thing. I've up graded my pc its is windows xp. It happen agian on my lap with vista. Is there something corupt with these songs or trying to do more than my computer it set up to do at a time?

Hi John,
It could be anything but the best place to start is with the basics -
1. DiskClean
2. Defrag
3. Rebuild Song and Style picker pages
Version 2010 is very large and when installed scatters data all over the places reducing efficiency
Sometimes files get corrupted and a "return to factory settings" in the dropdown - Opt - can clear many problems
As the two tunes worked before in v2009 then they should be ok but it might be worth just re-entering them to clear possible problems
Can you please let us know how much memory you have and the size of your hard drive

Well its me again
I am trrying the defrag and disc clean up. We just adde3d memory last weekend. I'm not at that comp. so don't know the #'s I was at 95% full. we moved my pro tool files to external drive which now I'm at 52%. I was useing it all morning and I had 4 or 5 crash. with a rebooted biab and most of the time songs played right though without no problems. We have a gig tomorrow were going to use 2009.5 ver. untill I get the bugs worked out.

Hello John,
What is your computer (RAM, processor), and what operating system do you have? Try unchecking the 'Speed up generation' option in the RealTracks Settings dialog.

Maybe after doing a reboot and running the song, freeze it and see if you have the same problems playing it later.
