On the CDs I sell at BiaB gigs, I put what I wrote above.

There are other productions where use of BiaB is not mentioned at all, though.

For example, doing a demo song for someone else so they can try to plug their song, or just to share with others, it is up to them what goes on their label.

There are other times when it is not apropos to mention even the live musicians, much less the softwares used. Examples might be Underscores, Jingles, Commercials, Industrial Musics, etc. Most of the time nobody cares about such info with these productions.
