I think if you’re talking guitarists, you’ve got to break it down into categories, (not musical styles, but skill levels):

1st Acoustic, (which is a helluva lot harder to play, it therefore deserves extra points);

Flatpicking (aka: using a pick)

Fingerpicking

2nd Electric, (which is a helluva lot easier to play than acoustic);

Flatpicking (aka: using a pick)

Fingerpicking

3rd Musicality
